Cyndy Pullen
Director of Human Resources
I have worked in Human Resources for Public Education for over 16 years. I obtained a Masters Degree from University of Houston-Clear Lake in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with an emphasis in HR in 2001. I have been a part of the "A Team" since July 1, 2018, and find that the success of this department lies within the great team I have the privilege to work with. My primary responsibility is to work with stakeholders of the district leadership team, focussing on the mission and goals for Angleton ISD. I strive to recruit and retain our dynamic staff, as well as, keeping the school district in compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.

Human Resource Specialist - Professionals
I began my career with Angleton ISD in 2005 as a secretary at Angleton Middle School. I moved in to my current position as Human Resources Specialist in 2014 where I began a new and exciting journey. As HR Specialist, I process all professional new hires and have the rewarding opportunity to meet new people and welcome them to our amazing District.

Human Resource Specialist - ParaprofessionalI began my adventure in the Education Industry 20 years ago. I began as a Special Education Instructional Aide which was an amazing beginning. Desiring to grow, I began applying for clerical positions which lead me to a Special Education Administrative Assistant, High School Principal Administrative Assistant and now being blessed as an Administrative Assistant to Human Resources Director. My non-work time is spent with my husband Mike, our sons Michael & Erik, their wives Mercedes & Jayci and our grandsons Benjamin and Eli.

Human Resource Admin Asst/Leave Specialist
I am blessed to have been an Angleton ISD Wildcat since 2015 and I have enjoyed working in education as a paraprofessional since 2000. I have been in every role as a para, from inside the classroom, to, most recently, as AISD's Assistant Coordinator of PEIMS (Public Education Information Management System). I am excited to be a part of this Angleton ISD Human Resources department. When I'm not at work, I love to spend time with my husband, Mario, and our two children, Diana, Christopher, and my grandson, Samuel Axel.

Emily is the Benefits Specialist for Angleton ISD. Duties also include Workers' Compensation, Property and Auto Claims along with Facility Rentals.
