  • Q. What is Rank One?

    A. Rank One is our electronic medical record software that we use to manage athlete forms, physicals, injuries, and daily treatment records. ALL athletes are required to complete Rank One prior to any practice, game, competition, or training. Rank One forms will need to be completely annually for eligibility. 

    Q. How do I complete Rank One?

    A.  You may either CREATE AN ACCOUNT or CONTINUE AS GUEST. All you will need is your School ID 

    • CREATE AN ACCOUNT Option-follow the instructions on this link https://testdistrict.rankonesport.com/images/logos/TAPPSParentAccountTutorial.pdf
      • This option will allow access to forms and records 
      1. RankOneSport.com
      2. Click "Parents Click Here"
      3. Click "Go To Forms"
      4. Click "Texas"
      5. Click "Angleton ISD"
      6. Read instructions, the Click "Proceed to Online Forms"
      7. Click "Continue as Guest"
      8. Complete forms


    Q. Who needs to fill the forms and submit them?

    A. Forms are to be filled out by a parent/guardian.

    • Blank UIL Pre-Participation Physical Form to be printed off for a physician
    • UIL Forms (Annually)
      • Acknowledgement of Rules

    • OTC Medication Authorization (Annually)
