    Foundation Only

    The Foundation Only plan replaces the previous Minimum Plan and requires a total of 26 credits:

    • 4 English Language Arts (English I, II, III, IV, or one credit in an advanced English)
    • 3 Math (Algebra I, Geometry and one credit in an advanced math)
    • 3 Science (Biology, IPC or an advanced science course and an additional advanced science course)
    • 3 Social Studies (World Geography or World History, U.S. History, Government and Economics)
    • 2 Languages other than English or Computer Programming
    • 1 Fine Arts
    • 1 Physical Education
    • 9 Electives (4 State Elective Credits and 5 additional State or Local Elective Credits)

     

    Distinguished Level of Achievement
    (Foundation + ENDORSEMENT)


    The Distinguished Level of Achievement Plan requires a total of 26 credits and offers students the choice of an endorsement, or targeted area of study:

    • 4 English Language Arts (English I, II, III, IV, or one credit in an advanced English)
    • 4 Math (Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II and one additional math credit)
    • 4 Science (Biology, IPC or any additional authorized advanced science course, two credits in any advance science course)
    • 4 Social Studies (U.S. History, Government, Economics, World Geography, and World History or AP Human Geography)
    • 2 Languages other than English or Computer Programming
    • 1 Fine Arts
    • 1 Physical Education
    • 6 State Elective Credits

    Students graduating in the top 10% must complete the Distinguished Level of Achievement for Automatic
    College Admission.
