    Lighthouse Service, Inc. to provide all employees with access to an anonymous ethics and compliance hotline for reporting possible violations.

    Reports may include but are not limited to, such topics as:

    • sexual harassment
    • alcohol and substance abuse
    • conflict of interest
    • violation of the law
    • threats
    • misuse of district property
    • theft
    • fraud
    • embezzlement
    • falsification or reports/records
    • bribery and kickback
    • vandalism/sabotage

    This anonymous hotline is not designed to take the place of your sharing information or concerns with your principal or supervisor; nor is it designed to take the place of the usual employee grievance process. Rather, this anonymous hotline is designed to ensure that we know about legitimate concerns that you may be hesitant to report through normal channels. If you have information that you believe you need to share through this anonymous hotline, you may do so in the following ways:

    Please note that the information provided by you may become the basis of an internal and/or external investigation. Your anonymity will be protected to the extent allowed by law. However, your identity may become known during the investigation because of the type information you provided.
