    Candidate Eligibility Requirements

    The Board of Trustees is comprised of seven positions. The seven trustees serve staggered three-year terms. All AISD residents who meet eligibility requirements specified in Board Policy BBA(LEGAL) may run for a position in the Board of Trustee election. Two board positions will be up for election in May, 2020 November 3, 2020.

    *Candidate Application and Candidate Information Packets will be available beginning January 15, 2020*

    To apply for a position on the ballot, please pick up a Candidate Application & Information Packet at the Angleton ISD Administration Office in the Superintendent's Office located at 1900 N. Downing, Angleton, TX 77515.

    The District will accept applications on regular business days from January 15, 2020 to February 13, 2020 between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and February 14, 2020 between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

    *Applications must be received by 5:00 pm, February 14, 2020*
