  • 2022 Important Dates: 


    Wednesday, January 19th - Player/Parent Meeting at AHS Auditorium at 6:00 PM


    Friday, January 21st - First day of after school baseball tryout (In order to tryout the student must have a physical on file with the athletic trainer and have all the Rank One online paperwork completed. Also, if not in the baseball athletic class or a returning player, Coach Lostracco or Coach Stewart must be informed before Wednesday, January 19th. Each can be located in Room B211 or the Football Coach's office)

    Head Coach


    I have been Teaching/Coaching in Angleton for 18 years. I am a 1999 graduate of Angleton High School. In high school I was a three year letterman in baseball as a catcher for the Wildcats. I attended the Univarsity of Houston and graduated in May of 2004 with a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology Movement and Sports Studies. This is my 7th year of being the head baseball coach in Angleton. In 6 years as a head coach the Wildcat's overall record is 89-56-2 and have won 2 District Championships in 2016 and 2019. The 2016 District Title was the first out right district title since 1958.  The Wildcats have also made the playoffs 4 out of the last 5 years and have accomplished 3 Area Championships. 

  • Clayton Stewart

    Varsity Assistant Coach


    Clayton Stewart is the varsity assistant baseball coach and coaches varsity football. He provides in-class support for students with special education needs. Stewart has spent 14 years coaching and teaching in AISD. He and his wife, Kaysie, have two daughters, Kimber and Tealle.
