    Greetings Wildcats,

I am honored to join Angleton ISD as principal of Central Elementary. I am a graduate of the University of Houston Clear Lake where I majored in Early Childhood Education. My nearly 20 years of experience includes classroom instruction in 1st through 4th grades, and a middle school administrator.

When I’m not working, my 7 year old daughter Kennedy keeps me busy.  She will be a 2nd grader in the coming school year.  We enjoy spending time with family and friends, and poolside vacations.

As I begin this new journey as Principal of Central Elementary, I’m looking forward to building relationships with faculty, staff and community members as we develop our Wildcats. The fact that we are blessed to take part in developing the infinite potential within each child, is an honor and a gift.  We are preparing children to be good citizens, critical thinkers, and problem solvers that will soon become leaders themselves. Central faculty and staff are excited to partner with you as we guide children to make generational impact as leaders of tomorrow.  Our “Tradition of Excellence” continues with your support.

We are looking forward to another great year!

    Sincerely,

    Victoria Allen

    Hi Central Wildcats,

I am truly honored to be a part of the Central family, and I look forward to continuing to be an integral part of the overall success of the campus. Working together, I am confident that we will continue to provide students and their families with a truly welcoming, loving, and challenging school experience.

I am beginning my fourteenth year in education. I have worked seven years as a classroom teacher, before moving into the role as school counselor at Westside Elementary for five years. I have taught first grade, fourth grade, intervention pull-out program, and second grade. Let me just say, I love my elementary friends! Elementary is such a crucial time in a child’s life, and my passion is helping them become successful citizens with a life-long love of learning. We, in elementary, have a huge job of igniting the spark for further success in a child’s life, and I know that Central Elementary continually does a fabulous job of this each and every day.

My goal as Assistant Principal is to provide the leadership that will facilitate a school environment that is safe and respectable, in order for our students to receive the best possible academic and social emotional experience. I am committed to work closely with teachers, parents, and community members to ensure our children achieve their full potential.

I am beyond excited to continue working at Central Elementary, and be an integral part of your students’ success at Central. If you have any questions or need anything, please feel free to contact me at 979-864-8004.

    Respectfully,

    Amber McCormick
