    Dear Parents and Community,

I am pleased to serve as Northside Elementary's campus principal.

I have served in the Angleton Independent School District for the past 17 years and absolutely love our district! I started as an instructional assistant, then became a classroom teacher where I developed and refined my love for meaningful learning and effective teaching. I have also served as a lead teacher, interventionist, and assistant principal within the district. I am eager to use these experiences to continue the amazing work that is taking place at Northside Elementary.

I have been married for 14 years to my husband, Joe, and we have a 24 year old son, Ryan who recently graduated from the police academy at Brazosport College. Our family loves spending time outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

I look forward to getting to know everyone and ensure that your child continues to receive the highest quality of education at Northside Elementary as we strive to continue Angleton Independent School District’s vision of Achieving EXCELLENCE, Because We're Wildcats!

I am excited to work together to provide an outstanding learning experience for your child and am honored to serve as the principal of Northside Elementary where learning also takes place outside of the classrooms!

It is with great pleasure that I am able to serve as the Assistant Principal at Northside Elementary.

I am beginning my 11th year in education, and my fourth year as Assistant Principal. Prior to becoming an administrator, I taught Kindergarten at Westside Elementary School and K-2 Interventions & Dyslexia at Central Elementary. I attended college at Sam Houston University, where I received my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in interdisciplinary studies.  I later received my Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University.

In my free time, my family and I enjoy spending time with friends and family, relaxing outside, and reading. I am a wife and the proud mom of two beautiful girls.

I am grateful for the opportunity to get to learn from, grow from and get to know each of our students and parents. We are going to have an amazing year together.
