Stephanie Gay Principal
I am honored and blessed to be the Principal of Rancho Isabella Elementary School! I was able to work in Angleton ISD after serving Brazosport ISD where I taught 5th/6th grade reading and science. I was the Assistant Principal at Rancho Isabella before transferring to Assistant Principal at Westside Elementary. Now I am thrilled to have the opportunity to come back to Rancho Isabella where my journey in Angleton began!
I attended Brazosport College where I earned my Associate's Degree in Elementary Education. I went on to the University of Houston to obtain my Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I earned my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Texas at Arlington.
I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. You can always find us at a soccer/football game or swim meet!

I am so excited to be a part of Rancho Isabella Elementary!
I have served in the field of education for over 20 years. I graduated from University of Houston - Clear Lake in 2001 with my Bachelor's of Science. In 2008, I graduated with my Master's in Counseling. I was an elementary counselor for ten years before becoming an assistant principal. I believe it is important for our students to not only learn academically, but socially as well. I look forward to working with you and your family!
I have a wonderful husband (Mike), three amazing kids (Tonya, Jamie, and Zac), and three handsome grandsons (Levi, Liam and Daxtyn) whom I adore! All three of my children graduated from Angleton HS. My husband and I have resided in Angleton for over 30 years and love this community!
