Each campus in AISD has a full-time certified school nurse available to meet the needs of all students. The school health program is governed by state and federal laws, local board policy, and State Board of Education rules. Health Services document required immunizations, maintain pupil health records, and conduct vision, hearing, and spinal screening. Deidra Crumrine, RN, BSN
Deidra Crumrine is a Registered Nurse with Angleton Independent School District High School. She offers years of experience in the medical profession, including labor and delivery experience before joining our district. She received her bachelor's degree of nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington. Mrs. Crumrine continues her education by maintaining certifications in CPR, drug impairment training, and vision/hearing screening. Additionally, she attends conferences annually that enhance her knowledge in the field of school nursing
Nora Etheridge, LVN
Nora Etheridge is a Licensed Vocational Nurse with Angleton Independent School District and is beginning her seventh year at Angleton High School. She offers years of experience in the medical profession including five years with the local health department and twelve years of pediatric tracheostomy/ventilator patient care. Mrs. Etheridge is a graduate of Alvin Community College and continues her education by maintaining certifications in CPR, vision/hearing, tracheostomy/ventilator training and attends annual school nursing conferences.
