SMART Tag Information for ALL Bus Riders
Parents, please remember students must have a SMART Tag to ride the school bus to and from school.
SMART tags are scanned as students enter and exit the bus and provide important safety information to parents and district personnel.
All riders must complete the Angleton ISD Bus Application forms in Skyward.
Students who still have last year’s SMART Tag in their possession will be allowed to board the bus, and the driver will confirm their information. New cards will be issued as needed for returning students.
Register for the SMART TAG Parent Portal here. The Parent Portal is where parents can access their child's information.
All transportation-eligible students are required to have their SMART Tag to ride the school bus.
The first week of school will be a busy time with cards being issued as needed, and no student will be refused transportation as we settle back into our routines.
Transportation staff will be on hand at all Meet the Teacher events to assist with the process and answer any questions.
More SMART Tag details can be found here.
If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Transportation Department at 979-864-8011.
