There was an incident this afternoon on one of the school buses where a Frontier Elementary student was found to have an orange Nerf gun.

The driver stopped the bus, and Angleton ISD Police were called to assist with the situation. The student was removed from the bus, and the remaining students on the bus were safely transported home.

We ask parents to talk with their children about the seriousness of bringing items that look like weapons to school or on school property and about making threatening comments of any kind. There are serious consequences for threatening behavior and for making threatening comments.
