The phones in the school district are back to working as normal, and the district can now receive calls in and make calls out. We appreciate our service provider and our AISD Technology Department for working quickly to resolve the issue.

Currently, there is no phone service in the school district. The district cannot receive calls in or make calls out, but the phones are working internally within the district.
The issue is with the service provider, and at this time, we have not been given an estimated time of when the issue will be resolved. The district is in contact with the service provider and will update you when the issue is resolved.
If you need to contact the school, you will need to email or use another communication platform like ClassDojo or Remind if your child’s teacher has one of those already set up.
