ARMY JROTC MISSION

“To Motivate Young People to be Better Citizens”

AHS JROTC

JROTC is a student-led program providing cadets with life skills, knowledge, and mentorship to enhance their future careers and academic success. In addition, JROTC allows high school students to feel part of a greater community of peers and adults, giving them purpose and support during a critical transition to adulthood.  Instructors guide cadets by encouraging physical training, teaching classes, and one-on-one mentoring to ensure a lifetime of success and accomplishment of their goals.

This program is centered on strict standards of cadet accountability, school and community support, setting the conditions for a professional student atmosphere where cadets mature to be future leaders."
