They're actively using their classroom resources to investigate science questions. This is what dynamic, engaged learning looks like! #ActiveLearning #4thGrade #ClassroomCommunity #StudentEngagement
What a bright group of future safety experts! Our Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd graders had an exciting and educational Fire Safety Day! They learned important lessons on what to do in an emergency and even got to check out a real fire truck and meet our local heroes. Thank you to our incredible firefighters for taking the time to teach our students the value of fire prevention and safety.

Life's a puzzle, solve it drug-free! That was the powerful theme of our Red Ribbon Week parade this morning, and our students absolutely crushed it! From Pre-K to 5th grade, every child dressed up to show their commitment to a healthy future. It’s important to teach these positive values early, and events like this bring our message to life. We are so proud of our students for taking this pledge! Check out all the amazing costumes, they certainly scared the drugs away!

Grammar power in Ms. Brown's 2nd grade class! Our students were focused and engaged, diving into their grammar journals to strengthen their language skills. It's awesome to see those hands go up with brilliant answers! #DailyLearning #2ndGradeRocks #Grammar

Math time in Ms. Morra's Kindergarten class is anything but boring! They kicked off with an interactive mini-lesson and then dove into small group instruction and centers. From puzzles to building blocks and counting activities, our little learners are exploring math concepts hands-on every day. It's wonderful to see the curiosity and teamwork in action! #KindergartenMath #HandsOnLearning #EarlyEducation #MsMorrasClass

We had an unforgettable day as TORO, the Houston Texans mascot, paid us a special visit!
More than just a fun appearance, TORO shared a super important message with our students about bullying prevention. It's crucial for us to learn how to be kind, stand up for one another, and build a safe, welcoming school community.
The day ended with smiles and autographs for everyone—a great reminder that when we team up against bullying, everybody wins!

A huge shout-out to our incredible paraprofessional, Mrs. Gebert, who stepped up to substitute teach 4th-grade math, keeping the learning flowing seamlessly! We also appreciate Ms. Smith for providing valuable small-group support and guidance.

What a stylish crew! We traveled through time yesterday for Red Ribbon Week, celebrating a Drug-Free life by rocking our favorite decades!
From the groovy '60s hippies and rockin' '50s greasers to the totally awesome '80s athleisure and '90s neon, our students (and staff!) brought some serious retro flair.
It's clear that making positive, healthy choices never goes out of style. Thank you, families, for helping our students dress up and make this day a success!

If you recognize an item, please let your child know so they can claim it. We encourage students to check the physical lost and found bin near the office for smaller, everyday items as well.
