ATTENTION - AHS Parents

Monday, November 10, 2025

Earlier today, a fire alarm at Angleton High School went off, and all students and staff at AHS were immediately evacuated. There was no fire or smoke. The alarm was triggered by a faulty smoke detector. The Angleton Fire Department was called, and along with members of the Angleton ISD Maintenance Department and security team, they checked and cleared the building. The students and staff have been allowed back into the building to return to school as normal, and the bell schedule has been adjusted to make sure all students get lunch.

If you have any questions, please contact your child’s campus principal.
