Ms. Morra’s talented Kinder, 1st, and 2nd graders have been hard at work on these incredible Pop Art portraits. From the vibrant backgrounds to those hand-painted frames, our little artists are showing us exactly what makes them unique. We are so proud of their creativity and hard work!
Hear ye, hear ye! Next week (April 13-17), our school is embarking on a legendary journey for National School Breakfast Week. This year’s theme is "The Quest for School Breakfast," and we are turning our morning meals into a heroic feast!
We know a healthy start is the secret weapon for a bright future. To celebrate, our amazing kitchen staff is transforming their cafeterias into medieval realms for a decorating contest, and we have a special menu fit for royalty:
Monday: Pancakes with Fruit Topping 🥞
Tuesday: Dragon’s Hoard Breakfast Bowl 🐉
Wednesday: Magic Upon Magic Parfait or Wizard’s Delight Donut 🧙♂️
Thursday: Dragon Egg Sandwich 🍳
Friday: Royal Croissant Sandwich 🥐
Join the Adventure: We want to see our students’ best Quest Gear (think knights, wizards, and explorers)! Let’s make this a week of imagination, health, and community fun.
See you at the breakfast table, adventurers!

Caption: Big smiles and even bigger achievements! A huge shout-out to our students for showing up and giving their best effort today. Whether it’s mastering a tough math problem or showing kindness in the halls, excellence is happening every single day here.

"Oh, the places they'll go!" Behind the scenes today with our favorite little graduates! From fixing caps to perfecting those "big kid" smiles, our Kinder students are officially camera-ready for graduation. We are so ready to celebrate these tiny scholars in just a few short weeks!
Our "Shout Out" wall is getting a lot of love today! From helping a peer to showing extra kindness in the halls, these students (and teachers!) make our school a better place every single day. We love seeing our community lift each other up. Way to go, superstars!

To kick off the first STAAR testing week of the season, our entire school family lined the hallways to cheer on our amazing 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders. From a surprise letter of encouragement from LeBron James to heartwarming videos from parents and teachers, our students know they have a whole village behind them.
A huge thank you to the Junior High cheer and dance teams for bringing the hype! We are so proud of our testers—you’ve got this!

At our school, we believe that being a great student starts with being a great human. Today’s shout-outs highlight not just academic achievement, but pure kindness. Seeing our students look for ways to help one another is the best part of our day. Thank you for making our school a brighter place!

There is nothing quite like the magic of a good book to bring a classroom together.
To wrap up March, Ms. A and Ms. B’s first-grade classes participated in their very own "Book Madness" tournament. From voting on their favorites to practicing their "game faces," these students showed us just how much they love to read.
Congratulations to our big winner, The Very Impatient Caterpillar! We are so proud of our growing readers and the community we’re building every day.

Our staff and students had a blast with some sweet treats and "Peeps" before heading into Easter break. We love finding small ways to bring big smiles to our hallways! It’s truly a treat to work with the best "Peeps" around.
Kids Construction Day

Congratulations Ms. Kluttz!

Today Wednesday and tomorrow Thursday ONLY! Don't miss out!

Wow, these Wildcats have been busy! From massive word counts to district-topping math scores, there is a lot of excellence to unpack here. It’s also great to see the staff getting in on the "Shout Out" action.
