Teamwork makes the dream work in 4th grade! Our students dived into Social Studies by working together in groups to research and solve problems. It is so rewarding to watch them share ideas, listen to one another, and grow as a team. Great things happen when we work together!

Wondering what’s in store for the Winter Festival? We have a massive lineup of games and activities for the kids (and the young at heart)!

Just a few of the activities you can enjoy:

Classic favorites like the Duck Pond, Milk Can Toss, and Fishing Pond.

Test your skills with the Football Toss, Bean Bag Toss, and Velcro Bulls-Eye.

Don't miss the Pig Races, Cake Walk, and Temporary Tattoos.

Which game are you heading to first?

Who knew math could be this much fun? Kindergarten and 1st-grade students in Mrs. Heard's and Mrs. Counts' classes traded in their paper and pencils for shaving cream today! Using sensory play to practice numbers and math facts helps our youngest learners build fine motor skills while making memory connections that stick. Learning is definitely hands-on (and a little messy) at our school!

Our 2nd graders were locked in today, tackling their math challenges with amazing focus. From place value charts to subtraction strategies, these students are building a strong foundation one problem at a time.

We had some very special guests in the music room this week! The directors from Angleton Junior High stopped by to introduce our 5th graders to the wonderful world of band. From the smooth slide of the trombone to the bright notes of the flute, our students loved getting an up-close look at the instruments they can play next year.

It’s more than just music—it’s about teamwork, discipline, and finding your voice. We can’t wait to see these students on stage in the future!
