Hello Students and Families,
My name is Kelsey Payne and I am honored to be Heritage Junior High’s principal! At HJH, we want our students to thrive and grow! Everything we do will be grounded by four key pillars that will shape how we approach learning and student success.
First, we will focus on engaging students, ensuring they’re active participants in their own education and are excited about learning. We’ll also prioritize building strong relationships between students, staff, and families, because we know those connections will create a supportive community where everyone can grow. We will create a culture for success where respect, responsibility, and resilience will be encouraged in every aspect of school life. Academic achievement will be a top priority, as we support every student in reaching their highest potential and preparing for the future.
