🔴🔵 Central Students Make Their Mark! 🟡🟢 Our incredible students came together last week to celebrate **International Dot Day**! Inspired by the message of creativity and courage, everyone created their own unique colored dots. Together, we combined our individual masterpieces into a community-wide bulletin board in the main hallway. 💜 Central PALS 💜 Our Central PALS had their first meeting today and it was a success! The students will be starting their morning duty helping out our campus tomorrow!

5th grade went to Starbooks today in Mrs. Collard's class! They had snacks and a drink while reading different genres and adding those to their word web. 5th grade has never been more FUN! Thank you Mrs. Collard for always thinking of new ways to keep your class engaged!

We have exciting news from our SOAR classrooms.  If your child comes home saying they have a crocodile at school, they are actually telling the truth.   Thanks to the Crocodile Encounter’s Crocs in the Classroom, Winnie joined us yesterday!   We get to observe and watch her over this school year.

Central Families, We will not have any walkers for dismissal. Walkers will need to be car riders due to rain and lightening. If there is major lightening, we may need to postpone dismissal for a few minutes. Thank you!

Today was International DOT day! 🔵🟡🟤⚫️🔴🟢⚪️🟣 The students at Central celebrated Dot day today. This is inspired by the book "The Dot" by Peter Reynolds. We celebrate International Dot Day to champion creativity, courage, and collaboration in people of all ages. It is a day that encourages everyone to discover their own unique talents, believe in their abilities, and "make their mark" on the world. #CelebratingCentral

Second grade met with the master gardeners today to learn all about what plants need to survive! They made hats with materials attached to represent all of the resources needed to grow!
