In a continued effort to keep the community informed and involved, Angleton ISD has established the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC)—a diverse group of parents, staff, and community members working together to evaluate the district’s long-term facility needs and future growth.
Formed in Spring 2025, the CAC is reviewing critical data and providing input that will help shape potential bond projects and long-term plans for AISD campuses. Their work builds on the efforts of the earlier Facility Steering Committee, which conducted an in-depth review of a district-wide facilities audit and recommended further exploration.
The formation of the CAC supports a key objective in AISD’s Achieve 2026 strategic plan: developing a comprehensive long-term facilities plan to ensure all schools remain safe, functional, and future-ready.
