Community Invited to Tour New Campuses and Celebrate a Milestone in Wildcat Education
Angleton ISD is excited to announce the official Grand Opening of its two newest campuses—Heartland Elementary and Heritage Junior High. The district invites families, staff, and community members to celebrate this milestone on Saturday, August 16, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, with a special ribbon cutting ceremony at 2:30 PM.
The event will offer guests a first look inside the state-of-the-art facilities designed to support innovative instruction and create an environment where students are inspired to thrive. These new schools reflect AISD’s commitment to providing exceptional educational opportunities and fostering a supportive, future-focused learning community.
“Our mission is to educate and prepare each student academically and socially through supportive relationships to maintain our thriving community,” said district leaders. “Heartland and Heritage are a testament to that vision, and we are proud to open these campuses as strive to continue achieving excellence—because we’re Wildcats.”

Parking Information:
Visitors are asked to park in the back lots of the campuses. From FM 521, turn right on Coral Springs to access back parking. The front parking areas will be closed to the public during the event.
