This afternoon, an Angleton ISD school bus was rear-ended by a vehicle at the intersection of Highway 35 and Knight Street. All the students and the driver on the bus were uninjured.
Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Angleton ISD Police, and Angleton Police as well as members of the AISD Transportation Department mechanical team were called to the scene. The students, bus driver and bus were cleared to continue their route. Students were not transferred to another bus, and all students have been transported safely home or are almost home.
