This afternoon, an Angleton ISD school bus accidentally ran off the road and into a ditch on County Road 518. All the students and the driver on the bus were uninjured.
Members of the AISD Transportation Department mechanical team were called to the scene, and parents were contacted. The students, bus driver and bus were cleared to continue their route. All students have been transported safely home or were picked up by parents.
