Angleton ISD is actively monitoring the weather conditions for Friday evening's graduation ceremony, which is scheduled to be held at Wildcat Stadium. At this time, graduation remains scheduled as planned for Friday evening at 7:30 p.m.

District administration will continue to monitor the weather and has developed contingency plans in case weather conditions delay graduation.

In the event of severe weather conditions that cause graduation to be delayed for an extended period of time, the ceremony may be postponed until the following day on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the same time of 7:30 p.m. at Wildcat Stadium. The district will communicate if graduation has to be moved to Saturday no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 22.

If the weather still does not permit us to hold graduation on Saturday, the ceremony will be held on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. If the weather permits, we will hold graduation at Wildcat Stadium; however, if weather concerns persist, the ceremony will be moved inside on Sunday in the Angleton High School competition gym. Each graduate will be issued two tickets for guests to join them in the gym, and the district plans to stream the graduation ceremony and allow guests to also use the AHS commons and auditorium, where the ceremony will be streamed on large screens.

Again, AHS Graduation is still scheduled for Friday, May 22 at 7:30 p.m. at Wildcat Stadium.
