New Attendance Zones for 2025–2026

As Angleton ISD prepares to open two new campuses—Heartland Elementary and Heritage Junior High—in Fall 2025, new attendance zones have been established to accommodate continued district growth and the addition of these schools.

Community Input & Process Overview

• From May 8 to August 30, 2024, AISD gathered input from families, staff, and community members through a districtwide survey.

• In September 2024, an internal committee reviewed the feedback from the survey and revised the initial zoning drafts based on that input.

• In October 2024, a second committee—comprised of parents, campus staff, and community representatives—met to review the updated attendance zone drafts and offer further feedback.

• The final attendance zones were approved by the AISD Board of Trustees at the December 2024 board meeting.
